No, you don't need to be present. Most clients provide access via lockbox or key drop and pick up keys after cleaning is complete. We'll contact you with before and after photos and notify you when the property is ready for final inspection.

Should the property be completely empty?

Yes, for best results the property should be completely empty of furniture and belongings. This allows us to access all areas, clean behind and under where furniture was placed, and ensures we don't miss any spots. If items remain, please discuss this during your estimate.

What if my landlord isn't satisfied with the cleaning?

We stand behind our work 100%. If your landlord identifies cleaning issues during the final inspection, contact us within 24 hours with specific details. We'll return to address those areas at no additional charge. This is our satisfaction guarantee.
