Absolutely. You can switch between weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly service anytime. If you upgrade frequency (monthly to bi-weekly, or bi-weekly to weekly), the increased discount applies immediately. Downgrading removes the discount on future cleanings.
Will I get the same cleaners every time?
Yes, that's one of the biggest benefits of recurring service. We assign consistent team members to your home so they learn your preferences, your layout, and your priorities. If your regular team is unavailable, we'll notify you in advance about the substitute.
How does payment work for recurring service?
We charge your card on file after each cleaning. You'll receive an invoice via email showing the service date, discount applied, and total charged. You can update your payment method anytime through your client portal or by contacting us.
Should I start with a deep clean?
We recommend it. Starting with a deep clean establishes a baseline of cleanliness, making recurring maintenance much more effective. After the initial deep clean, standard cleanings maintain that level. However, it's not required—you can start with standard cleaning if you prefer.
What if I'm not satisfied with a cleaning?
Contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address any issues at no charge. This applies to every single cleaning in your recurring service. Our satisfaction guarantee never expires or diminishes—your 50th cleaning gets the same commitment as your first.
Can I add one-time services to my recurring schedule?
Yes. You can request additional services like interior window cleaning, refrigerator deep clean, or carpet cleaning for any scheduled visit. These add-ons are billed separately but can be done during your regular cleaning appointment.
